HART Appoints New Height Safety Trainer

HART successfully advertised for, and recruited, a new height safety trainer to further enhance its range of fall arrest training courses in the UK.

Mark Felstead has extensive experience in height safety training. After leaving a 14-year career in the armed forces where he was ranked Sergeant, Mark went straight into working at heights and rope access. He quickly secured a job as a height safety instructor within the construction industry, teaching both individuals who work at height, and management teams responsible for large teams.

Mark's experience in the field has helped him deliver comprehensive fall arrest training and has also seen him develop strategies and safe working practices for companies moving forward. Away from construction sites, he also helped Fairline Boats produce a height safety program to keep its workforce safe while building multi-million-pound super yachts - a contract that he described as both 'challenging and interesting'.

On joining HART, Mark said:
