LEVEL 7 TRAIN THE TRAINER

THEORY & PRODUCT

Course Aimed at: Customers’ company employees only
Course Duration: 4 Days (6.5 hours per day)
Instructor to Trainee ratio: 1 : 4 (max)
Course Entry Criteria: Experienced trainer (any discipline)

COURSE SCHEDULE:

Day 1: Managing work at height
Day 2: Inspection; Powerpoint presentation design
Day 3: Practical use of specified product, Powerpoint design
Day 4: Practical and theory to be delivered by trainee to trainer

COURSE AIMS:

• To ensure that the candidate is capable of delivering the chosen course (written and practical) in concise, clear and safe manner to internal staff only.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

On completion of this course, personnel should be able to deliver both practical and theoretical training sessions on a specified working at height product.

HANDOUTS

On completion of this course trainees will be given course notes in PDF form including HSE & Industry Guidance Notes and ACOPs, Files and specific product training notes (where required).

ASSESSMENTS

Multiple written tests and practical assessments are given throughout the duration of the course. Written test pass rate: 85%, practical assessment carried out by course trainer in situ.

CERTIFICATION

On successful completion of the course, all trainees will be issued with a driver’s license-style card and certificate.

THE COURSE UTILISES A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION, INTERSPERSED WITH VIDEOS, GRAPHICS, IMAGES AND CLIP ART. ACTUAL PRODUCTS ARE USED TO ILLUSTRATE POINTS.
