LEVEL 7 TRAIN THE TRAINER

PRACTICAL ONLY

Course Aimed at: Customers’ company employees only
Course Duration: 3 Days (6.5 hours per day)
Instructor to Trainee ratio: 1 : 4 (max)
Course Entry Criteria: Experienced trainer (any discipline)

Please note: This course does NOT equip trainees with the necessary qualifications in presentation techniques - trainees should already be qualified in this area. This course majors on practical training. Read further details of our Train the Trainer theory course.

COURSE SCHEDULE:

Day 1: Managing work at height
Day 2: Inspection, Powerpoint presentation design, practical use of specified product
Day 3: Practical use of specified product training, to be delivered by the trainee to the trainer

COURSE AIMS:

• • To ensure that the candidate is capable of delivering the chosen practical course in concise, clear and safe manner to internal staff only.

HANDOUTS

On completion of this course trainees will be given course notes in PDF form including HSE & Industry Guidance Notes and ACOPs, Files and specific product training notes (where required).

ASSESSMENTS

Multiple written tests and assessments are given throughout the duration of the course. Written test pass rate: 85%, practical assessment carried out by course trainer in situ.

CERTIFICATION

On successful completion of the course, all trainees will be issued with a driver’s license-style card and certificate.
