Fall Arrest Training from HART

Falls from height remain the biggest killer in the workplace. In the last 20 years, almost 1,200 people have been killed falling from height.

Height Safety training is an essential requirement in order to reduce these fatalities and is necessary to enable individuals to comply with their duties under UK legislation.

The Importance of Fall Arrest Training

The Work At Height Regulations 2005 state that anyone involved in working at height must be competent. A competent person is someone who can demonstrate that they have:

• • Knowledge of working at height safely
• • Actual experience of work at height
• • Authority
